and founder, has over twenty years experience in the home inspection business, in addition to prior experience in the building and property management/ maintenance industries. He is a past president of the New River Valley Home Builders Association and a past national director of the National Association of Home Builders. Bob Peek has worked with Inspections, Inc. as a building analyst since May 1996. He has completed over 4,500 full home inspections and is a full member of the American Society of Home Inspectors. Bob Ratcliffe specializes in inspections of private waste disposal systems and water sampling. The majority of these inspections are conducted for real estate closings and loan refinancings. Mr. Ratcliffe has nearly 40 years of experience in residential construction, and most recently held the position of construction superintendent prior to joining Inspections, Inc. in 1996. |

Kathy Poff has served as Office Manager of Inspections, Inc. since its inception. Prior to her current position Kathy was employed in the advertising field. She is also associated with Valley-Wide Management, Inc.
